Laboratory Facilities

Lab Scale Facilities

Our state-of-the-art laboratory, located at the University of Western Ontario, serves as a critical hub for early-stage technology development and validation. It is fully equipped with advanced instrumentation for lab-scale experimentation, precise data acquisition, and AI-powered data analysis.


By integrating cutting-edge equipment with digital tools and machine learning algorithms, we transform raw data into actionable insights—accelerating the transition from lab discoveries to real-world solutions in energy, sustainability, and climate technology.

Chemical Reactors

We use this facility to simulate and optimize complex chemical and energy processes, enabling rapid iteration and informed decision-making during technology scale-up. The lab supports a wide range of experimental activities—from reaction kinetics and catalyst screening to process modelling and energy efficiency studies.

Analytical Analysis

In addition to running lab-scale experiments to evaluate process performances, we also offer a variety of services, including Scale-Up of chemical processes and optimization of operating parameters.

Analytical Testing

At IntelliScale Technologies, our laboratory is equipped with advanced instrumentation to provide high-precision analytical testing for gases, liquids, and solids. These services support chemical process development, quality control, and material validation across various industries. 


These capabilities support our end-to-end chemical process development—from lab testing and scale-up to simulation, optimization, and commercialization. 

Chemical Composition Analysis

We offer accurate quantification and identification of components in gas, liquid, and solid samples using industry-standard instrumentation.

Catalyst Characterization & Reaction Engineering

Catalyst Screening & Performance Testing
